Sometimes Neil Young is off. Sometimes he's on. When he's on, he's really on. Sometimes you get exasperated with him and start to think that he's never going to produce something memorable again, and then you get something like this, a very distinctive reworking of an old song you've been hearing all your life that makes you see the hidden genius within it.
